Pilates · Form and Focus
Pilates is for every body. It tones and elongates the muscles, builds core strength, and improves the mind-body connection. If strength training and yoga had a baby, it would be Pilates — a practice, never completely mastered.
Tiffany, on and off the mat
Our bodies are constantly changing: maybe you're an athlete, maybe you just had a baby, maybe you're recovering from an injury or joint replacement, or maybe you simply want better flexibility, balance, or core strength. Wherever your starting point, Pilates meets you there. With a full range of equipment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, mat, and props, there is always support at the level you need it.
Experience
Fifteen years teaching in the fitness world, nearly ten of them exclusively in Pilates. I know the whys behind the whats, and I look for symmetry in each client's body, cultivating it through targeted exercise so you function more smoothly in daily life.
Studio
A private, fully equipped boutique studio, in-home, with easy parking and a private bathroom. You won't feel self-conscious learning new skills or talking through health concerns. Conveniently located near Gary and Hunt Hwy in San Tan Valley.
Pricing
Drop-in sessions are $80. A four-pack brings that to $75 per session at $300, and weekly recurring time slots require a four-pack. Virtual sessions are $65. All sessions run 50 minutes.
Hours
Tuesday mornings and evenings, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, with make-up sessions available Monday.
Every session is 50 minutes, tailored to your needs. Your intro session includes a private postural analysis and a walk-through of your health history, and each session builds on the last.
The studio is equipped with a Balanced Body Allegro 2 Tower Reformer, which converts to a Cadillac, with jumpboard and long and short box options, plus a Pilates chair for abdominal-focused footwork, upper body, back, and balance work. Props include Pilates balls and rings, a Bosu, kettlebells, and hand weights, with mat work also available. Spring tension is variable and adjusts as you advance, so equipment that feels intimidating at first becomes support you barely notice.
